We got lost driving up from southern Italy, and the place was locked up when we arrived. "Badia il Vingone is an old stone country house. I stayed in the top floor of a separate cottage with a roof terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Great pool. Continental breakfast which I took in the garden. Amazing views over the rolling hills of Umbria and Tuscany. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. Nadia and her family worked very hard to welcome me to the B&B and prepare and serve the dinner. Thank you"
