"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Ca Bianca Tuscany Relais. The property is in excellent condition and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool is lovely and clean and not too cold at this time of year. Easy access into Siena and surrounding countryside to experience all Tuscany has to offer. Breakfast was exceptional and Maria is so lovely. We also ate in the evening and meals were delicious and nicely presented. Waiting and reception staff also excellent and guest focussed."

"Nice, clean bedroom & bathroom. Shared entry was noisy when other guests arrived. You can hear Church bells ringing throughout the night as you are located in the square. Siena is a lovely town."

"Pros: Great location for exploring, super comfortable bed, hot shower. Cons: Parking is difficult if you don't want to pay the 25-30 euros. We parked in the tiniest place in a "lot" that was about a 10 minute walk away and we were extremely lucky to find that "spot". No AC after Oct 1st. "We stayed in the terrace room! Terrific view and peacefulness. The tub is an excellent addition if you want a relaxing or romantic evening. Only con: The elevator will not go all the way up to the terrace. So if you are carrying heavy luggage, this may be an inconvenience! Other than that, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away. "The service at this hotel was impeccable. We were running late for our wine tasting but they were still SO accommodating! The rooms were beautiful and the view from the hotel are amazing.
