Sea House Sardinia - Amethista apartment with 50m pool. from the beach

The residence is within the village called Amphitheater Oleander in the village of Mimosa Bay.
The apartment has two rooms (40 square meters) with up to 4 beds, comprising bath with shower, air-conditioned bedroom and conditioned lounge with sofa bed and kitchenette.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities:
• washing machine, hair dryer;
• fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle, full kitchen equipment;
• air conditioning / heating in the living room and in the bedroom;
• TV, wi-fi;

HOUSE RULES:
- You must use a kit of sheets with pillowcases and towels for each guest. They are provided upon request at € 12 per person per stay);
- pets are allowed under the rules and guests of the village!

SERVICES:
The swimming pool inside the Arena Oleander, with the presence of a lifeguard is free exclusive use of the resort guests.

CONTACT WITH THE GUESTS:
You can contact me via phone and e-mail in Italian, English and Polish (polski). When you're on the island you can contact the person in charge of the check-in that will help you reach the Mimosa Bay and will follow you throughout your stay. Before your arrival you will be asked for identity documents for communication to Public Safety.

In the immediate vicinity of the village you are available to sports and leisure facilities in the period between 1/6 and 30/09. By purchasing ONLY the specific structure, the Club Card is allowed to enjoy various services:
