"good size flat . the cleanliness is not like famous swiss standart. lots of dust flaff, a lingering smell, no bed linen on(u have to do it yourself), windows. not like the price they ask for end of stay cleaning. this flat has too much owners stuff in it. the bedrooms were empty cupboards mostly but no kitchen space apart from the fridge, the worst part was the flat manager did not answer the phone and we were not able to pay the tourist tax and get 50% off cable cars+free transport in the area....

"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...

"Good view from window of area. Very clean and comfortable. Great bakery on ground floor. Code vs key to get in was confusing. Would have been nice to have code earlier when you are traveling out of country. Also instructions said code was for one time use. We had to use every time we came into garage. Also could not get in all outside doors with key card. Opening window blinds was confusing. Instructions would have been nice. Overall enjoyed our stay. "
