Für kurze Aufenthalte prima mit kleinen Abstrichen
Wir waren für eine Nacht Gäste in der Ferienwohnung nach einer Hochzeit. Für diese eine Nacht war es absolut prima. Beim Check in hatten wir Schwierigkeiten mit dem Code der Schlüsselbox, der war wohl nicht der richtige. Nach einem Anruf war aber alles geklärt und wir konnten hinein. Das Mobiliar ist modern, aber leider waren teils die Scharniere bzw. Schubladen der Kommoden defekt. Für die eine Nacht haben wir dann einfach nichts eingeräumt. Vielleicht ist es zwischenzeitlich auch erneuert worden. Die Matratzen der Betten waren recht weich, für mich ein bisschen zu sehr, aber wie gesagt, es war nur eine Nacht, daher war es unproblematisch. Es gab sogar ein paar Flaschen Wasser und die sehr sauber. Die Wohnumgebung ist ruhig, aber nicht besonders zentral.

Leider kein Zugang zur Ferienwohnung möglich.. nachts mit 3 Kindern vor verschlossenen Tür gestanden
Leider konnten wir die Ferienwohnung nicht beziehen. Der uns zur Verfügung gestellter Türcode war nicht korrekt. Ein telefonisch Kontakt zur Vermieterin war primär nicht erfolgreich.. So mussten wir wir, mir 3 Kindem Nacht um 22Uhr, uns eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Schließlich konnten wir ein Hotel ausfindig machen, mussten allerdings 45Km bis dorthin fahren. Nicht so schön mit drei übermüdeten Kindern in der Nacht... Auf dem Weg zum Hotel gab es dann doch einen Rückruf der Vermieterin. Allerdings waren wir nach 30min Fahrtzeit mittlerweile kurz vor dem Hotel. Der geplante Urlaub musste von der Planung und vom Ablauf her komplett umgeplant werden.. SCHADE für die Kinder.. Das positive: Das Geld ist uns erstattet worden!!

Ferienwohnung in Bad Neuenahr
Wochenende in Bad Neuenahr zur Klangwelle und Wandern. Daher nur 2 Nächte in der Wohnung. Dafür ok. Tipp: Es fehlen Nachtichlampen. Zumindest eine pro Schlafzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer wäre eine Stehlampe hilfreich, da die Deckenlampe (andere als auf dem Foto) schon sehr grell und nicht dimmbar ist. Bei der Endreinigung sollte bemerkt werden, dass der Kühlschrank justiert werden müsste, weil er beim benutzen sehr kippt und wackelt.

Erholsame Tage an der Ahr mit Hunden
Die Ferienwohnung ist im Inserat ziemlich genau beschrieben; sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet (wir hätten uns ein wenig mehr Geschirr gewünscht) und ist für 2 Paare und 2 Hunden in zentraler Lage gelegen, der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Matrazen sind gut. Bei Ankunft ist man zunächst über die verwohnten Mietshäuser und den ungepflegten "Garten" erstaunt, aber in der Nacht ist alles ruhig und wir haben die drei Tage sehr genossen!
