"Nice facility, clean and modern. Parking was difficult when we got in late and all the spaces were take. Food was average quality. Dinner not great, breakfast was ok. "

"The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. It just felt a bit remote and abandoned during our stay (mid-December). I would also recommend arriving by car. Buses only arrive to the location every hour or so. "

"Very good staff took care of a complaint I had about room being too hot solved issue. Great amenities especially in kitchen, spacious layout, great balcony. I would stay there again. Lots of parking, near town. "

"off peak season, so grateful for letting me check in at 8am. Great value for the price, room is spacious for solo backpackers, nice mountain view Toilet is clean, bed sheets and blanket are clean but a bit old Breakfast is fine for early birds, Super convenient with both train station and bus stops around, had a really nice time."

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. "There were flies everywhere. All over the lobby, the kids play area, the dining area, and the food bar. Completely unsanitary. If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would. "This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. A nightmare

"- Nowhere is it mentioned that the apartment is in the basement; it is very dark. - One of the two bedrooms is in a former storage room, without windows, so there is no natural light or ventilation. - The apartment itself is very poorly maintained, dirty, with insects in the closets, dead insects on the windowsills, and cobwebs in the bathroom. The last estimated cleaning was about three months ago; it's evident that only the floor is being mopped. - The pool is closed, and the owner does not mention this. - Part of the apartment building is under renovation, so you constantly hear jackhammers. - There is no washing machine or dishwasher. - The garden is shared with four other apartments, so forget about privacy. - I don’t know who this would be suitable for; I strongly advise against it."
