During your stay you will have the entire studio at your disposal, including your own bathroom. There are no common areas, except for the entrance area.

Our apartments are located in Bad Kissingen, a spa town known for its beautiful parks, thermal baths and recreational opportunities. The town is situated in a picturesque landscape surrounded by rolling hills and wooded valleys.
A highlight is the spa park, which is considered one of the most beautiful parks in Germany. Here you can take a leisurely stroll, rest on one of the many benches or attend one of the many events such as concerts or festivals.
Another highlight is the KissSalis Therme, which offers a variety of thermal baths, saunas and wellness treatments. Here you can relax and leave the stress of everyday life behind.
For nature lovers, there are many opportunities to explore the surrounding area, such as the Bavarian Rhön Nature Park. There you will find numerous hiking and biking trails that lead through breathtaking landscapes.
Bad Kissingen also offers many cultural attractions such as the historic spa theater or the Rosengarten Museum. It is a city that has something for everyone and is a wonderful place to escape the stress of everyday life and relax.
Getting Around:
Our accommodation in Bad Kissingen is excellently connected to public transportation. The "Theresienstraße" bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, and the "Berliner Platz" stop can be reached in 6 minutes on foot. The Bad Kissingen train station is about 1 km away and offers regular regional train connections. Additionally, there are several taxi companies available, providing a convenient way to get around the city.
Other things to note:
Prior to check-in, a digital check-in form must be completed for all arriving guests. This is mandatory. The security deposit is 200€.
The entrance area is monitored by cameras.
In addition to the accommodation price, a tourist tax of €3.90 per guest per night is due. This will be charged after the booking. In return, you will receive a guest card with many discounts and additional services.

The bus stop "Luitpoldbrunnen" is only a 5-minute walk from the accommodation and is served by bus line 1. This line goes to Bad Kissingen train station and other important stops in the city.
The bus stop "Kurhaus/Haus der Gäste" is also located only 5 minutes walk from the accommodation and is served by bus line 2. This line travels through the city and stops at various attractions such as the Kurpark and the thermal baths.
Bad Kissingen Train Station is about 1.5 km from the accommodation. Regional trains run regularly from here to other cities in Bavaria.
