"You’re not staying in the heart of Munich so there’s a bit of a journey to get to things, but it’s well worth it. Grünwald is lovely and quiet with shops and restaurants (we liked Kritamos), and the tram makes it easy to get to the center of Munich. The apartment felt very spacious - the pictures perhaps undersell how nice it is. Stephan is a helpful and thoughtful host. No complaints about anything- a great base for exploring Munich."

"What a great place! We only stayed for one night, for a short visit to Munich en route home from a week in the mountains, but wished we'd extended and booked longer... Great communication from Silvia and Ralf, and a brilliant welcome - a trail of clear signs leading to the keys and the apartment door, and a personalised welcome sign outside - lovely. Inside, the apartment is fantastic - lots of space, with vaulted ceiling, very clean and extremely well appointed, and a really nice, interesting and eclectic collection of pictures and interior decor. Everything you could need for a stay including cooking, coffee making etc. Large bathroom, nice big shower, plenty of towels. This is a perfect place for exploring the region - set in a very quiet rural area, but only a short drive from Munich (there are good park-and-ride facilities en-route to avoid taking the car into the city centre). And no parking issues - there's a small car park right next to the building. So pleased we found this place - don't think twice about booking!"
