I arrived late, in the dark, and luckily my son lives in the apartment block next door so he got the key for me from the hausmeister. There is no obvious hausmeister office outside, he lives inside the block, so you would need to know which number he is in to press the buzzer for entry, and that was not provided. "Great apartment to stay during our ski trip for a week. We, a family of four, enjoyed our stay very much as everything we needed was there. The location is a bit uphill from Kaprun center. It is about 15 minutes to walk but you can always take your car and easily park almost anywhere you want. The cooking facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer makes it a very comfortable stay."
