"Cleanliness was a real issue. Disgusting false eyelash stuck on the quilt. Carpet and window sills not clean. No staff or reception when corporate card didn’t work. No facilities beyond room."

"Basic, but great accomodation! Everything was very clean and in nice condition. There are no staff to greet you and many stairs with no lift, but this was not an issue for us (I say it only to make it clear for people reading) There is also a kitchen downstairs to cook your own meals."

"This is a great place to stay in Bonn if you like a B&B. It is in a historic/preservation area and the neighborhood is very good. The staff was excellent. Breakfast is very good. The building and room are very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is about a 15 min walk to the center of Bonn or about 15 min to the Rhine. "I appreciate the stay but the communication was not good at alla. I sent many requests without any answers. It's a pity. I requested a proper invoice instead of receipt but no satisfation. I sent online requests and even discussed with people at reception but no solution till today. I can't recommend this hôtel"
