"Arrived at 8pm and they kept the kitchen open for us despite it being a bank holiday so that we could eat. Nice room, nice surroundings. Only negative was a not very clean bathroom floor. "

"Great outdoor pool (should be open until 10pm) and spa area. (indoor pool, hot-tub, different saunas, steam rooms etc.) Property needs some renovations for the rooms (very outdated and worn out) AND an Air Conditioner! It's not okay to put in a tiny little fan to keep the warm air around?! I mostly enjoyed my stay (because I know this hotel/restaurant) but I would not recommend to family and friends. "The history of the property is amazing. The double room, with bathroom, was simple but perfect for our needs; clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect for exploring Lutherstadt; so much to see and take in. Many of the buildings have plaques that indicate who lived there and the dates. We recommend the onsite restaurant not only for starting your immersion into the history of the area, but also for the delicious food. We wish we had more time to spend here!
