"Booked at last minute for a short break with a friend. House had everything we needed for our stay. Owner lives in part of house next door but he keeps himself to himself and left us to it so it isn't an issue. Great location to discover places in the area. Only downside is nothing in walking distance for the evenings so you have to rely on a car but otherwise great."

"We were here twice on a return travel from the Netherlands to the south of France. I would rate this location as OK for a transit, I would however not recommend staying here for a longer holiday because it is very noisy especially when there were other guests in the same building. "Absolutely dreadful. The place is not fit for purpose. All very shabby and used, worn out and old. Toilets stained and brown, no kitchen towels or hand towels and only large towels. The place is very damp. Even on a nice day the bedroom windows were pouring moisture every morning. Duvet covers too small for the duvet so all crumpled up and had to discard. Good size rooms, a small kitchen and it's reasonably well kitted out. "On arrival hot tub disgusting not fit to use, however this was rectified quickly and sorted on the Monday. 1st floor toilet out of order meaning guest had to use toilet on other floors which was very inconvenient with children. Curtain poles in bedroom fell down every time a window was opened or closed. No lamps worked in that bedroom and several light bulbs were not working throughout the property. It was very dark downstairs lighting could do with upgrading. No hand basin in downstairs...

"The private heated indoor pool was a real highlight for us. The host was friendly and welcoming and communication was good. The property is well-equipped and in a good location. There is a cycle path nearby that takes you into the local town. There’s a choice of local supermarkets, a McDonald’s, a park with mini golf etc. Dieppe is a nice seaside town about 45 minutes drive away, there’s a good theme park about 30 minutes away, the labyrinth maze about 10 mins away and wildlife parks etc too....
