"This is a great place to stay and the staff are excellent. Only downside is you have to have transport for shopping but the will happily get it for you. Clean, safe, attractive faciliities and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!"

Leane, the greeter, Jeremy, Shyra and the rest of wait/beverage staffs, TJ, Aaron in the egg/soup station are all so wonderful and friendly. Kudos as well to executive chef Jordan Medrano, the daily morning breakfast/bench selections are superb and all are tastefully crafted. Carl, those morning carts, superb!!! Roslyn , our room staff, great job! The hotel itself is a league of its own, but those staffers totally made you a Citadines! Truly a City of Smiles experience! Bacolod is lucky to have Citadines! "

"The room is nice and clean with comfortable bed, good working a/c, hot water is working well and good breakfast. There is a nearby store where we bought additional bottled water. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the cathedral and the mall. For transportation, Grab is readily available using the app and we pay in cash. Will surely book this hotel again. "
