"This is a great property and the pictures are 100% accurate. It has great views, many amenities, and was very clean. It also had all the extras: well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/bedding, and bikes/boats. EVERYTHING was labeled and this made it exceptionally easy to slide right into vacation mode (and not spend time trying to figure out how to turn something on or the location of an item)!! Communication with the hosts was excellent too."

"Great stay at this house in Va Beach with our dog. The house was clean, welcoming and comfy. It was well stocked for all of our needs and the proximity to a quiet beach along the Chesapeake is something that can’t be beat. Also, it was very close to a variety of great restaurants and lots of hiking options in First Landing State Park. We will be back!!"

"This is our second time staying at this KOA. This time when we checked into our cabin - it was disgusting. Tons of dead bugs and hair in the bathtub and all over the floors, bunk bed had trash all over it but after I spent an hour cleaning up we had a nice time. "

"We were in Virginia Beach to assist a critically ill relative. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel with the beach and party crowd. When I saw this listing I knew it was perfect. I was not disappointed. The pictures on the listing depict the home perfectly. Clean. White. Bright. Open. Lovely views of the bay and water bird activity. There is a great open kitchen ideal for cooking if you desire. The living room has a comfortable couch and large TV. The bedrooms are nice - especially the one...

"Love getting away to this area and cabin at the KOA. Family friendly with fun activities for all. Bring your bug spray! "

"Loved this location. Right next to state park and just across the street was access to beach. The street is busy, just have to be careful and patient. The side we stayed on had 3 big bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Make sure to bring paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and garbage bags. It was very clean and a very cute cottage. We loved our stay there."

"We had a great stay! The cabin was in a great, quiet location. I wasn't sure, and the host let me know that it had dishes, which makes the whole stay nicer. Being this close to the water, bring bug spray. The host was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. "

"Staff, & room were great. No hair dryer in Unit. Clean, quiet room but, scratchy sheets. Room big, bed not super comfy. I slept on the pullout that was surprisingly very comfortable. "
