Vacaciones relajantes a la orilla de la laguna
Llegamos un poco tarde debido a unos contratiempos con nuestra renta de auto, pero ya nos estaban esperando en el hotel, la recepción fue muy cálida y rápida, el personal siempre muy amable con nosotros, tienen vistas muy bonitas de la laguna, queda muy cerca del cenote azul y cocalitos, si cuentas con automóvil puedes estacionarte adentro sin problema, es perfecto para relajarte.

El lugar es muy tranquilo, muy serviciales, lo único que no me gusto es que llegamos a las 8 y queriamos consumir bebidas y snacks y el servicio lo cierran desde las 6 de la tarde. De allí en más, nos encantó poder sentarnos en el muelle frente a la Laguna, disfrutar la tranquilidad de la noche, estuvo lloviendo en la madrugada y cayendo rayos y nunca se fue la luz, la habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda.

Carísimo para lo que ofrecen!. Se suponía que el desayuno era a las 8am, eran las 10:40 y nada!, hab súper sucia, jabones usados anteriormente !Que asco!, cortinas totalmente rotas, y también tenían toallas en las ventanas!!, ninguna lámpara funcionaba en la habitación, todo estaba llenos de mugre y manchas, el jardín lleno de basura o chatarra vieja, cuando realicé e check in no querían que les pagara con tarjeta de crédito y querían que fuera por efectivo pues según no tenían internet (terminaron cobrándome con tc). En fin!, yo confié en expedia pues se supone que ustedes trabajan con hoteles de calidad y realizan inspecciones no?, lo único rescatable es que está en la launa y punto. La peor experiencia de mi via y los peores $1900 pesos gastados de la vida pues cobra como hotel 5 estrellas y de haber sabido mejor me quedo en un hostal!
