"The ambience is really amazing. I love the place! But I was quite not satisfied with the customer service. The staff don't give an approachable vibes.Also, you can hear the noise from the other rooms. It's quite annoying especially if the guests are so noisy. They offer food but it's so expensive and you can't opt for a delivery since they will charge you a hundred peso corkage fee. "Over-all it was bang for the buck. Property is clean and has a stable internet, we got all we need. Owner is accommodating and nice. Only downside is no back up power source if there is a power interruption or black out. "

Cleanliness and accessibility

"The stay waa great. The hotel's location is strategic and accessible to all your needs. The supermarket is just in front of the hotel. Laundry shop is only 3 blocks away same with the church. Breakfast is included in the accommodations from its restaurant. The food selection was really good. "

Better than many in the price range and area

"Centrally located with parking and easy access, secure. Good AC with comforter, two towels and a floor mat. Shower had shampoo and body wash provided, as well as hot water. Staff not available after 5 p.m. Staff not particularly friendly but it appeared the office is used for other business besides the hotel. Room was clean. Couldn't use the hand held shower option because turning it on caused the bathroom to smell of sewer. No bedside table. "

"Service is exceptional, attitude of the staff is great and easy to approach. Cleanliness is very good, housekeeping did a very good job.
