"This property was amazing, definitely recommend. We loved the privacy of the condo association but also loved being close to attractions and places to eat. We basically had the pool to ourselves and the private cove of the ocean was a big hit with our 12 year old and his 74 year old grandpa. Despite being in the middle of tropical storm Sara this November the boys spent hours, days in the water (sometimes in the rain). We hit all the local spots after much research, the trip was perfect celebrating a milestone birthday. The place itself was 'as advertised' and had so many extras. Lots of spices for cooking, bug spray, hot pot (which we used every day), nice cooking accommodations, grill, charcoal, pool toys, beach chairs, fuzzy blanket, kitties to feed. Local management on site was attentive to our needs and communication was spectacular. It really was perfect, wish we could have stayed longer! I would definitely return."

"I rented this home for a family vacation, that included my elderly parents. Everything you could possibly want is onsite or a quick message to the groundskeepers and it would be delivered. Lots of space…indoors and outdoors. Felt very private. Would definitely recommend this home!"

"Northern Lights #5 is in our favorite area of the island. We love this quiet peaceful gem. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The 2 sets of bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. The screened in porch is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee and drink in the view. The pool is well maintained and very refreshing. The short pier provided another place to sit and enjoy the glorious views. The ladder on the pier provided easy access to snorkeling. It was a wonderful week! We will be back again for another vacation in the future."

"We all loved the house! It had everything we needed for a great stay. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, but not a far drive to get there for the day. Having the ocean view as the backyard was amazing. We would definitely rent from Brooke again!"

"First time to GC and found this amazing house! Absolutely perfect for 6 adults (can accommodate 10) who were looking for some R&R away from the tourist areas on the island (SMB). This house was magnificent and in a wonderful location in Old Man Bay on the North Side (easy to drive back to SMB for a day trip and not that far). We did rent 2 cars - very reasonable and easy to drive on opposite side of the road! There were plenty of restaurants nearby, local places as well, and right between Chisolms and Fosters for groceries. Jacques Liquor store is next to Fosters & there is one next to the Welcome Center (where there is a very nice gym). Also, house is located only 10-15 minutes to Rum Pointe and Kaibo - both are a MUST! Three rooms in the house upstairs each have a queen bed and full private bathrooms, as well as a fourth room downstairs with 2 twin bed next to a powder room. The pool is not heated but you don't need it to be - so refreshing! And the VIEWS out back - indescribable! The small "beach" area out the back is rocky (bring water shoes) but was perfect for launching the 2 kayaks. The kitchen was very well-equipped for all of our needs, very clean, and we also used the BBQ out back too (you may need to buy some charcoal). The whole process of checking in at the Welcome Center was so easy and they are so friendly & helpful with picking up snorkeling gear for everyone in our group! I would totally recommend staying here and would love to return some day!!"
