"Lily and her husband were the best hosts! The check in was so fast and Lily gave us advice on where things were in the area. She makes breakfast to order from a lovely menu and the food was delicious. The room was super clean, spacious, and quiet. She gave us free bicycles to use right away. We also rented scooters from them for just $5 per day. Her husband taught us how to use them and made sure we were comfortable and safe. They let us store our bags until our night bus came after check out and gave us coffee and bananas while we waited in the lobby for the night pickup. I would definitely stay here again. If you want to be well taken care of during your trip to Ninh Binh stay here! "

"We had a lovely stay at the Tam Coc Lavendar Homestay. Th e ocation is perfect - right in Tam Coc, but just outside the busy main street; walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. There is a restaurant onsite that serves the most delicious pandan coffee - try it! We enjoyed the pool and there are plenty of places outside to relax. The included breakfast was a nice surprise. Although limited to a few choices, our kids devoured the crepes and we enjoyed the shakshuka. Coffee and juice, as well as fresh fruit/salad are included with breakfast. The best part of our stay was the family that owns and runs the homestay - if you have a chance, definitely take the time to visit with them. One host in particular is always smiling and has an infectious laugh - he was the best! All the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very responsive when we had a question or request. They arranged scooter rentals for us which was a fun way to explore the area. The homestay rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a bottom floor room and our only complaint would be that there was a funny odor in the bathroom. Our friends had a couple of the upstairs rooms - I would recommend booking one of these if possilbe. When we return to Vietnam I would definitely book a stay here again."

"Beautiful homestay with the most lovely staff. The rooms are new and modern, the walls are thick and quiet, the ac works great, the bathrooms are spa like, and the views are really nice. Rice paddies all the hills are all around. The location is just a ten minute walk into town which means its still near everything but is quiet. The wifi wqs fast and reliable for remote work. There were 4 other ppl besides us all working remotely. The breakfast is very nice with an omlet station, fresh juices and fruit, bacon! And more. Western and eastern food available. The staff bent over backwards for us and were the sweetest ppl youll ever meet. They also arranged laundry, and transportation very easiky and at good prices. There are also bikes available which were in good shape. We never needed them because everything was so close. Highly recommend. "

The availability of bicycles was fantastic and made our stay even better. Blue provided us with a map of the area and special sites to check out. Overall our stay was great and would stay again."
