"The staff here were absolutely amazing and friendly!! The hotel is also very beautiful, however, what Expedia didn’t say is that it’s still under construction. There was no actual bar available at the pool and workers were working on the building while we were “relaxing” at the pool. The spa is also not finished as Expedia said it was. The building also said it was “sound proof.” We heard everything in the hall and outside. Not even slightly better than other hotels. This hotel will be rated...

"Lake House was the perfect place for us to relax and explore the surrounding sights in Phong Nha. We especially enjoyed the beautiful scenery, kayaking on the lake, and renting bicycles to explore the local area. "We had the most wonderful stay here. It was one of our favourite parts of Vietnam. It was peaceful and relaxing in the countryside and on the lake. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with warm, welcoming staff and animals! The rooms were beautiful and the restaurant had lots of choice. The daily free yoga was a huge highlight and we were able to rent bikes to get to nearby attractions. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and we hope to stay again soon. "
