"The house it self and the rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen however is small in comparison. Garden is very big and usable. Location is good enough to access various places, but some amenities are a few min drive away. The house is right on a fairly busy road but it's not an issue with the windows closed. The pool, while very nice and clean, is quite cold and even in mid August we struggled to utilize it. Overall the property does the job, but for the money, I hoped for something better."

The hosts were unbelievably helpful, even organising dinner reservations and a cake for a birthday! The area is absolutely stunning with so much to do and see. "We spent one week at the Villa which we had chosen because of location, tranquillity and accessibility for touring lake Garda - we loved the spectacular views and swimming pool as well as plenty of space for our family. We felt the property could benefit from better ventilation for humidity on the lower floors and with the extreme hot weather, some air cooling or at least cooler fans to make the stay more pleasant. "Anna, is a star!!! Helped us so much before, during and after our stay. Went so far as to get up early on Sunday morning herself to make 2 trips to take us to the train station because she is just that nice person who was happy to do it. A lovely person all around. The villa is so neat and spacious my wife and 3 teenagers had plenty of room to spread out relax and feel and home and get straight into the lake life.
