"From the moment we arrived at Eden Andalou we could not have felt MORE welcome. The reception staff were amazingly helpful and they changed our rooms immediately for us. ( as there was a slight mix up with room type) . The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean with enormous comfortable beds so we had no complaints at all. "The property is very well maintained. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and well maintained gardens too. I shall add that the staff are very nice, obliging and the property is clean. The one and only downside is that on the same street there is an open rubbish dump. This is not hygienic and one could smell the rubbish from the pavement too. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay in. I hope to return there one day!"

"The hotel had excellent service and was beautiful. The views of the desert were amazing with the luxury of a hotel. The entire resort team was welcoming, and the service was wonderful. The dining experience was also delicious, pleasantly served, and planned with very typical Moroccan menu. Amazing desert experience!"

"The staff was amazing at this property they help in anyway they can. The rooms were OK and super clean. The food was great and enough, but they don’t have alcohol on the premises. You have to bring your own alcohol and they serve it for you or you serve yourself the pool and the amenities were great, the stuff beyond to help in anyway they can. Transportation is easy overall I give it five out of five if you were travelling with small children. "

Beautiful property overlooking the lake

"Absolutely amazing property. Such wonderful attention to detail in the architecture, layout, location. The common spaces are so peaceful and beautiful. Lovely pools. Rooms immaculately clean and well furnished in cool style. All the staff, from the restaurant to the housekeepers were so kind and helpful, and of course professional. Only negative point was the food which was a bit overpriced for what it was. Otherwise a lovely place we'd certainly be happy to visit again. "
