"Beautiful romantic location. The food was great, the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The room came with a working fireplace and the hotel provided the firewood. The town of Tapalpa is nearby, great restaurants and street food! "

"The hotel is in a great location and convenient. Apparently the shower knobs were turned around. Cold was really hot and Hot was cold. First 3 days showered with cold water because i was told the hotel was full. I then informed them it was still cold after i saw less and less cars. Then they offered to come check it out and it was then when they said " ahhh well knobs are switched. It was overall a great stay wouldnt trade my room. "

"Loved the place! …it was perfectly located in the middle of downtown walking distance from everything. The breakfast was a treat. Room was fully loaded with ribe, cookies and tea."
