"Nous avons adoré cette location ! Atypique et en plein coeur de la ville ! La personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentille et prévenante. Effectivement il n'y a qu'une seule fenêtre mais on le voit bien sur les photos de l'annonce, pas de surprise de ce côté là. Le seul côté "hic" c'est le côté humide du logement, mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé. L'avantage c'est qu'il y fait toujours frais même sous 35° ! Bref, nous on a adoré :)"

L'appartement est fonctionnel, agréable spacieux adapté pour que tout le monde ait son intimité tout en partageant un même espace. Je recommande cette location à toutes les personnes qui souhaite passer des vacances dans la région et surtout visiter Rodez car l'emplacement est idéal."

Seul petit bémol la literie n'est pas de bonne qualité. A part ce petit problème rien à dire. Logement silencieux et aucun bruit de rue la nuit. Je le recommande "

Cette procédure n'était pas signalée dans l'annonce sur le site . Autre point non signalé avant réservation , le studio est au troisième étage sans ascenseur dans un immeuble vétuste en cours de rénovation (façade de l'immeuble délabré ) sans nom sur les portes. Pas de poubelle dans l'immeuble. Pas d'assistance du loueur qui n'a pas répondu au téléphone ."

L'absence de la propriétaire (en vacances) m'a un peu gêné, mais la plupart des problèmes ont été réglés par textos, sauf l'activation de la télévision : une notice papier détaillée eut été la bienvenue !"
