The worst experience ever
"The room I booked was not available they gave me another room, it was dirty with bad smell. The staff was very rude. We didn't sleep all night we stayed up sitting on plastic chairs waiting for the first bus to go home we didn't have the breakfast as well."

"Bei unserer Ankunft in dieser Unterkunft trotz vorherigen Buchung war niemand da und die Unterkunft war zu! Unsere Versuche, jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, scheiterten. Nachdem wir in einem Geschäft nachfragten, hat ein Mann in dem Geschäft versucht, die Inhaberin zu erreichen. Es regnete stark ..."
