"Check in and check out was quick and easy. The hotel was very cute and so clean. Our beds were comfortable. We were there for a show at the Altria Theatre and it was an easy walk. There are many restaurants in the area also."

"The staff member who checked us in on 2/3 was very helpful. He seemed to care about the hotel guests as he explained very clearly the key policy and how the hotel maintains a secure environment for guests. I wish I had gotten his name. Not only was he competent, but he was friendly and warm."

"Great customer service. The hotel was clean and in a very nice location. I would only suggest that you allow points for stays even when booked through a third party. Although I like the property, I won’t stay again because I sometimes book through a third party and I don’t get the credit for the stay. I will choose another hotel chain that will award points for the stay regardless of who reservation was booked through."
