"After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious"

"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "From the moment we booked we could tell this apartment was something special. My children couldn't wait to visit and explore all the tech in the apartment and they absolutely loved it! "For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. "Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great.
