NARCISSOS ‘NISSI BEACH’ Apartment C12 is conveniently situated in the heart of the Nissi Beach area of Ayia Napa; four hundred meters from the well-known Nissi Beach Hotel. Within 2-3 minutes walk one can find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bank, pharmacy and also all major wedding hotels on Nissi Avenue like the Nissi Beach Resort. Ayia Napa center 2 Km away bus stop and Taxis 2 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. It has two large bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and one large bathroom.
Elegantly furnished and newly renovated, this 82m² two-bedroom apartment with communal pool is fully air-conditioned and has a smart Android flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and FREE high-speed Wi-Fi. Bright and with modern furnishing, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. Also there is a large bathroom with walk in shower for guests to use. Washing machine, microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit box and ironing equipment are standard. Having a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. (5th and 6th persons/s are charged extra). The fully furnished, 32m² balcony has an amazing view of the communal pool making it an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing meal as well as to enjoy the sun on the 2 sunbeds with umbrella provided on the balcony. The apartment offers private covered parking and has an elevator.
Useful information: Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 14 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 26 kWh per day, sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and/or also for groups of 5 and/or 6 persons, a damage (security) deposit of total EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival. We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties.

Fantastic Winter Break
This property was ideal with a large balcony to enjoy morning and evening. It is well equipped with everything we could possibly need and Andreas is a wonderful host and even let us have a late checkout. We loved it! It is worth mentioning that not many places are open during February but enough to get by and still perfect for us. A car is perfect for getting to the many beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear sea but the famous Nissi Beach is just a short walk. Thank you Andreas.
