"Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent location, close to station (within 5 min. walk), many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Clean hotel and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, English speaking staff available. Hotel has all amenities such as restaurants, daily room cleaning, room service, pool for extra fee, spa, laundry service, etc. Airport Limousine bus goes right to the hotel, they also have a bus that comes to the hotel for Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, which was nice. Room was spacious with a great view. Breakfast buffet had both Japanese and Western dishes and was okay. The food was the same everyday so if you are looking for variety this would not be the best choice. Overall, great hotel and would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Mystays hotel at Haneda airport is really close to Haneda airport, there is free shuttle bus from and to the airport, modern decor, comfortable and very clean. Private bathroom inside the room. Airport Immigration line was very long, it took us 2 hours to be done with it and additional 15 minutes for both baggage claim and custom, we were done close to midnight and shuttle bus was still available, which was great. Make sure you email to check with the hotel if your flight arrive after midnight and you need shuttle to go to the hotel. The hotel is located in a safe and clean area. There is convenience store few doors down the street that opens 24 hours have some refrigerated food that can be microwaved at the store and ready to go warm fried chicken cutlets, croquettes. Since many hotels in Japan have small rooms, you should book according to the correct amount of people that will stay in the room. Breakfast buffet has a lot of local choices in addition to international favorites such as scrambled eggs, potato, croissants, check peas salad, and dumplings. I will definitely select this hotel again next time."

"We chose this place because it has the public bath as well as the room shower. The breakfast was very nice. The location may seem to be a bit far from the nearest station but there is shuttle bus service. It was very nice stay."
