"Perfect place to stay for a young family and dog! Great size rooms, safe and secure garden, and everything you could need for a short break. Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. The owners of the property were very helpful and considerate and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!"

"This townhouse is exactly as described. The location is superb--a very short distance to Quay-side restaurants and shops and also close to food markets, but very quiet! Rooms are comfortable and lots of space. There are 3 floors and stairs, so need to be comfortable with that. All the basic amenities, but no frills. Would be helpful to have more instructions on appliances for those of us from out of country. We would definitely stay here again--excellent place!"

"This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. It had a small enclosed garden which is perfect for Animals and small humans a like. Lots of toys for children are...

"The cottage was delightful and very comfortable. The host was very helpful and a nice touch was leaving binoculars for guests use which was really nice when looking out of the beautiful garden across the open field and the sea at Seaton. Definitely recommended for a quiet escape away. Great location."

"We had a lovely week in Ammonite cottage. It’s in a stunning peaceful location and within easy reach by car to various locations on the coast. The hosts are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. Our dog loved running around in the fenced fields and the walks down to the ponds. Many thanks, would love to stay again."

"A spacious house with a lovely little back garden to sit in. Front view is of the allotments leading to a small bridge over a stream with a 10 minute walk to town and seafront. A vibrant town with independent shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants. Can highly recommend Dukes, The Anchor and The Chattery."

"My husband and I were returning to Budleigh for a wedding anniversary weekend. This was the perfect little bolt hole for our young family with the dog. It was clean, well stocked and cosy. It was lovely to come back to after a day at the beach and the Ed’s were very comfortable too. Fabulous location and there’s a very cute cafe opening up beneath the apartment also. We would love to return here some day."
