## Accommodation

Villa Clémenceau is a haven of peace, with its park and indoor swimming pool, offering 10 comfortable beds in an elegant and cozy, just 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne

The house has 5 bedrooms: A master suite offering 2 or 3 beds (2 beds 100x200 + a sofa bed) and a bathroom, 3 double rooms (2 x 2 beds 100x200 joined together or separated by rooms + 1x 160x200) and a children's room with trundle bed and cot. An independent bathroom and shower room are also available.

The living room, crossing and bright, is equipped with a fireplace for off-season stays and a flat screen TV. Wifi available throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare good meals with the flavors of Vendée gastronomy.

The adjoining dining room offers a nice space to gather for meals

The park surrounding the house is lush greenery, planted with old trees. The space around the pool is a bubble of nature in which one immerses oneself. The terrace receives the sun all day, to enjoy the best moments outdoors.

The pool is covered with a dome that allows you to swim whatever the weather, and open it entirely to enjoy the sun of the coast of light.

## Surroundings

Located in the village of Avrillé, the house enjoys an ideal location, close to shops (on foot) 10 minutes from beaches (Jard sur Mer, Longeville sur Mer) and water activities, marsh Poitevin, 20 min Les Sables d'Olonne and less than an hour from La Rochelle. Avrillé is a unique place for these dolmens, many vestiges of the first ages of humanity. You can also visit the Castle Adventurers, or go have fun at Indian Forest Parks or O'Gliss Park nearby.

We had a lovely week in August here. The weather was great and we used the swimming pool every day. The house is well equipped for self catering if needed and is well located for the beaches.

Superbe Demeure
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, la maison était comme sur la description et tres bien équipée. Le jardin est très spacieux et la piscine est géniale. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de Quentin qui s'est montré très à l'écoute à nos demandent.

Beau séjour malgré la pluie
La demeure Clemenceau était conforme à nos attentes/exigences et aux photos, c’est une belle demeure malgré une cuisine qui mériterait un rafraîchissement et qui est assez petite. Nous avons pu profiter tous les jours de la piscine malgré la pluie grâce au dôme ! Les lits sont exceptionnellement grands et les chambres sont à leur image, ces dernières sont bien isolées. Nous avons pu également profiter des fruits du jardin, admirer les jolies fleurs ! Petit bémols sur certains équipements : couteaux rouillés, lit bébé qui s’est complètement désolidarisé ainsi que l’armoire bébé et une toute petite poubelle pour une maison qui doit accueillir un grand groupe. Le ménage également n’était pas exceptionnellement fait, toiles d’araignées et araignées très présentes dans la maison, à ce prix on s’attend toujours à une qualité de nettoyage irréprochable ! Également dommage de ne pas avoir accès à l’éclairage de la piscine pour prolonger le plaisir ! Malgré tout une maison très grande, de beaux équipements (canapé, fauteuils, lit)… on recommande !

Merci a notre hôte pour le séjour. Très arrangeant et disponible pour l'arrivé et le départ, nous avons pu profiter du cadre reposant de la maison autour de sa piscine a la température parfaite ! Je recommande pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis !

Limite....
Au prix de la semaine de location, j'aurai aimé ne pas trouver de la vaisselle sale, des mouchoirs sous le lit et des barbecues inutilisables tellement ils étaient gras et sales. J'ai également dû réparer la bonde d'un lavabo de salle de bain ainsi que la poignée de porte de la chambre du rdc (réparation de fortune). Cependant tout ceci n'est sûrement pas dû au propriétaire mais aux vacanciers précédents et à un état des lieux approximatif.... Toutefois, le propriétaire pourrait mettre à disposition une télécommande pour le portail afin de ne pas bloquer toute la circulation pour rentrer. De même il ne laisse pas la possibilité d'éclairer la piscine (alors que c'est montré sur une photo) et surtout ......... pourquoi ne disposons nous pas d'un container alors que tout le village en a un ? On nous demande de déposer nos ordures à 300m ! Pas très agréable de trimballer ses sacs poubelle dans les rues.......

Superbe villa!
La villa est très spacieuse (chambre de 50 m2 !), avec un immense terrain et une superbe piscine! Equipement au top, déco très réussie Environnement calme, quelques commerces à proximité, plages à 5-10 km.
