The adjacent full kitchen will beckon the culinary-inclined guests, as any recipe will be a breeze using the gas range, spacious countertops, modern appliances, and ample cookware. Plus, you can easily head out to the deck to grill up a few burgers on warm summer evenings.

Looking for a bit more excitement? Head downstairs and let your competitive side out with a round of pool or game of ping-pong. This level is also outfitted with a kitchenette for quick snacks, a desk for remote work, a sectional sofa, a fireplace, and large TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
