Completely remodeled condo with gorgeous high end finishes throughout. Located right at the base of Beaver Creek Resort and the bike path. This condo was remodeled to the studs. Beautifully furnished with vaulted ceilings and good light. Enjoy the south facing patio in the evenings. Walk across the street to take the free Beaver Creek shuttle up to the slopes in the winter. In the summer it's an easy stroll to Nottingham Park to play tennis, enjoy the lake, beach and outdoor concert pavilion. Avon Business License No. 015482

Great fall weekend
This property was in the perfect location for my daughter’s soccer tournament. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Avon is a beautiful location in the fall.

Upscale Interior and Close to Beaver Creek Lift Bus
Very pretty interior. (Building’s exterior is older.) Worked great for us. Master bedroom bathroom is very large with a great shower. Other bedroom is a bit cramped. Very nice kitchen. Free parking.

Great remodel!
We enjoyed our stay, which was a celebration of our wedding anniversary. The remodel is very well done, and the place was also clean. It is conveniently located off of highway 6, and it is very close to the walking path along the river, which we took advantage of very early each morning.

Great Location for Access to Beaver
We had a great ski trip with this condo ans our home base for 5 nights. It was so easy to walk across the street to the Bear Lot to hop on the express busses to Beaver Creek base or use Beaver Creek Connect to Bachelor Gulch. Jaime’s condo has every detail thought out with high quality furnishings and decor (even down to Christmas decorations when we went at New Years). This is by far the nicest VRBO/rental we’ve had for a ski trip anywhere - thank you, Jaimie!

The PERFECT getaway experience
Family of four - two adults and two children (ages 3 and 6). This was the perfect location, with easy access to restaurants and nearby the slopes. The condo was supplied with all items you would ever need! Updated renovations with high quality furnishing and appliances. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the fireplace was a nice bonus. The unit is close to parking and the owners made this experience unforgettable.

Jaime's place is warm & welcoming....her decorating flair is out of a Better Homes & Garden magazine & her personal touches are very thoughtful. What a great condo.
We intended to ski Beaver Creek, and this location was central to everything, including many great dining locations. The condo was stocked with everything you would possibly need. To boot holiday decorations were up, made the condo festive and felt like home. Most importantly, we could not have asked for a better host. Jaime was responsive and pleasant and made our stay enjoyable. Jaime, thank you for sharing your special place with us. Merry Christmas.

Annual Snowboarding Trip
This was perfect. Jamie is a great communicator and the place is as advertised - no surprises. The remodel was fantastic and the fireplace was warm and cozy. Could not beat sitting by the fireplace with an early morning cup of coffee before hitting the slopes for the day. Beds were also super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. This was just fantastic.

Beautiful space, easy access
The condo is completely renovated and is very nice. You can tell this is a family’s vacation home and not simply a short-term rental flip. It was fully loaded with kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities. We walked across the street and hoped on the free Beaver Creek ski bus to ride just one stop to the lift. At the end of the day we simply walked (downhill) about 12 minutes back to the condo. Would enjoy staying here again.

Door lock instructions left off a key link so we could not access immediately. Pack VERY light as there are no dressers and limited closet space.

Beautiful Property
Location is great! This is perfect from all aspects! First, I will start by saying that communication with the Owner was very easy and quick. Jamie was very responsive. Second, the place was very clean and well organized. You literally have everything that you might need and above! Mostly everything is brand NEW, so please enjoy the space and leave it in the same condition you have found it or maybe better, if you can. You can see they invested a lot in the condo. Dear owners, we loved your place and you did great with it! Thank you!

Beautifully updated condo
Updated, remodeled property that was well equipped with everything you could need. Location was close to Highway for easy access to hiking and restaurants. Only complaint would be that it was listed as having A/C which it did not. Very stuffy on warm afternoons. There were fans that do the job of cooling the place off at night, but were not enough to keep it cool during the day. Realize this is typical of mountain homes, but it needs to be accurately listed for those that may require A/C for health reasons.
