Picture Perfect 3 bedroom Ranch with Two-Car Garage

Sun-drenched ranch with many updates; fabulous 2011 kitchen with beautiful Brazilian KOA Floors complimenting cabinetry, shimmering tile back-splash and granite counters. Interior of house was totally repainted and hard wood floors done in April 2020. The house is sparse and squeaky clean, perfectly comfortable for 4 to 6 people to sleep.

House boasts an attractive big backyard with patio, grill, seating for 6, and swing-set. It is centrally located, yet sits in a very desirable and quiet residential neighborhood in Avon. It is close to restaurants and shopping.

You will have the entire home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a two-car garage all to yourselves. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GARAGE FITS 2 SMALL CARS, OR ONE LARGE ONE.

For your pleasure and exploring of the neighborhood, we have supplied 5 bikes (2 adult bikes, and 3 for children).

Warning: This is a residential neighborhood. Please be careful and vigilant upon entering and exiting the property with your vehicle.

ALSO, PLEASE NOTE! The $300 cleaning fee is for those guests with a booking of up to 30 DAYS.

Guests booking 31 DAYS OR MORE, the cleaning fee is $500.
