Most of the common areas feature hardwood floors, ideal for sandy feet and paws returning from the beach. After a day of fun in the sun, come home and relax in the well-appointed great room that offers an abundance of natural light and direct access to both a sun deck and screened porch for seamless indoor/outdoor transitioning. The chef in the family will appreciate the kitchen's high-end appliances (including a gas range) and additional prep sink. The primary bedroom is located just off the living area and includes deck access and a stunning ensuite bath with clawfoot tub and separate shower.
