OCEANFRONT Avon-Dune Way - Unlike castles in the air, this SANDCASTLE is real. Step inside the first floor where you will find a large queen bedroom suite with deck access, Smart TV, and a beautiful ocean view. There is a full bath on this level along with a laundry area. The main floor has an open concept layout with a kitchen featuring a breakfast bar and everything you need to cook a tasty seafood meal. The dining and great room are just a step away. Gather your family around the large 50” Smart TV for a movie or simply enjoy the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The main floor oceanfront deck has lots of deck furniture and ample room to enjoy the sun and ocean breeze. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom with a Smart TV, semi-private bath, ocean views, and access to the oceanfront deck. Just up the steps to the third floor is a spacious loft with a Smart TV, sleeper sofa, and picturesque ocean views. Two queen bedrooms, one with private ocean front deck, and a full bath round out this level. Perfect location and incredible views
We stayed at Sandcastle number 22 in mid September 2021. The location and views were even better than expected! Each level of the house had, as described, a great deck for the sitting out, relaxing, and enjoying the view. The Living space was perfect for the six of us and allowed for gathering for meals or having private time. I would definitely go back.

Great overall experience for two families with kids. Views and proximity to beach are wonderful but disappointed that the deck furniture is bolted to the floor and there is no table on the deck.

Great Overall - But the chairs...
Sandcastle was excellent overall. The location and views are five-star, the place was very clean and had everything you would need, and the process to get in and check out was very easy. In addition, the management company was very helpful. We would definitely go back. This might sound funny, but the chairs at Sandcastle were very frustrating. All of the out door chairs on the decks are nailed down so you cannot move them. The best two seats are positioned such that you cannot easily see the sunrise because they were behind the corner of the house and you cannot move them. The other three seats on the main deck are a distance away. As a result, we spent very little time as a family out on the deck because it was too hard to talk to people and some people could not get a good view. Neither of the homes on either side of Sandcastle had their chairs nailed down, so I'm not sure why Sandcastle's were nailed down. It also would be nice to have a picnic table on the main deck so groups could eat outside together. The opposite was true with the chairs around the dinner table inside, all of which have rolling casters on the bottom. I guess that is fine for adults, but when you have three kids under 13, rolling chairs are not a great idea. It was impossible to get the kids to sit still during dinner because they were constantly rolling around. Again, we loved Sandcastle and certainly would go back. We just hope that the management company allows the outdoor chairs to be moveable and replaces the dining room chairs with normal chairs that do not roll.

The beach of a lifetime
The beach access from the rental was spot-on. Our grandchild wanted to go out every day, come rain or shine. There was a storm Wednesday night and had some maintenance issues. We called and the maintenance guy was there the next day.
