"We only stayed for 2 nights. Everything was as advertised and as we expected. It is very easy to reach the centre (10 min walk) and it’s many surrounding restaurants and shopping areas. Staff arranged a taxi to airport and it was there waiting for us at the booked time."

"Excellent apartments throughout. The property seems relatively new so everything is in great condition. Apartments are clean and functional with all amenities you need for a vacation. The gym is reasonably equipped but it could do with a water machine. Parking is securely gated and certain parts covered. "

"This property had everything we needed for our quick visit to Verona. It was walkable from the train station and there was a nice bakery a short walk away where we were able to get breakfast. We especially enjoyed the coffee machine (Keurig style) complete with pods so we could have a coffee before leaving our room in the morning!"

"Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"There was a major problem with the air conditionning which was dripping a lot even when it was close and the problem is that they knew about it because the floor was wet when we came in, also the wall and the door were wet. Someone came to fix it when we called but did not fix it and nobody offered us to change room or reimburse us. "The stay was quite uncomfortable making us leave after the first night. Had to sleep and move about the apartment dressed in layers due to cold and clammy temperatures. Host stated that the municipality would not allow turning on the heating system during the month of May but then turned on the heaters anyway when we complained about the cold temperatures…only to wake up in the middle of the night freezing and finding the heaters turned off again. "The apartment was good. Perfect location for us, but not the quietest. The electrical part was very weird. 100 switches and one cancels the other one, including the outlets. We didn’t know what was what! Some rooms were really dark. If you have an older person coming, this is not the apartment for you, as the bathtub/shower is terrible to get in and out."

"We had a wonderful short stay, everyone wanted to stay longer partly for the apartment. Loved having wine/tea/coffee on the balcony and people watch. Easy to walk everywhere. "The view from our apartment was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!"

"Location location for Verona! Walk to just about everything and the hotel is down a little alley so there is little noise. Staff are extremely friendly and rooms clean. We didn’t take the breakfast option and there is lots to choose from close by. I’d stay here again in a second. "
