"We had a wonderful time with our family, with time and possibility for great skiing in Villard. In the afternoon we enjoyed the jacuzzi in the sun. The house is great, and we had a very warm welcome. Cooking a meal together every night, making a fire to roast some marshmellows, nice kitchen, and lovely fire in the living. "We enjoyed the private terrace looking out through the pine trees to the village below and beyond to the Vercors ridge. We walked from the chalet up to the ridge and other great walks just a short drive away. We saw lots of interesting flowers in the area (11 species of orchids, gentians and fantastic alpine flowers), as well as marmots, ibex and alpine birds. We ate every breakfast and supper on the terrace, enjoying the morning sun and the evening shade with setting sun lighting the far side...

"What a pleasant surprise... This place is great, it has everything you need, it is well located. It is spacious enough, have a wonderful view and the bedrooms are large enough to feel at home. Our entire week was a pure joy while staying at this location. The owner were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Definitely a place to keep in mind for my next visit to Chamrousse."

"Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à Chamrousse. La pièce de vie du chalet et très lumineuse et spacieuse. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et de la magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Il est très bien situé au calme mais proche de la station."

The open plan living space on the first floor is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the stunning view. The chalet is located on a quiet residential street, a short walk (5-10 mins) from the centre of Chamrousse 1750 and all the amenities / ski lifts / ski school. If there is snow on the ground, the chalet is more or less ski in / ski out. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, even leaving...
