The apartment is well stocked, easy to find, and close to everything in the city centre. The house is spread over 4 floors (ground/street, 1,2,3), and the bathrooms and bedrooms are on floors 2,3 with very old, steep, spiraling, stone staircases between floors (which our 14 and 10 yr old loved),
There are many great restaurants nearby, and we loved the Les Halles market for every kind of fresh food we could imagine. Our favorite evening meal was at O’Papilles! Authentic french restaurant filled with older locals and away from the tourist areas.
For anyone planning to Uber around town: We returned our rental car after check-in and planned to get an Uber back, knowing the old streets are small and traffic can be slow. However, no drivers were available so we walked the two miles from Enterprise back to the apartment (not a problem for us, and we enjoyed seeing more of the city). But cars were not available on any day of our visit or to go to the train station, so be prepared to walk, use city buses, or book a taxi the night before.
Check-in and out were a breeze, and the host was very kind. We would absolutely stay in this apartment again!
