Super friendly attentive staff throughout the stay from concierge, front desk to rooftop. Shoutout to our concierge! He was super delightful person. Good position as for hotel assets to have him. He made the trip to Naples easier for us. Both him and Mr Marco stays in communicating with us overseas. Arranging driver to pick us up at the airport. Being flexible with our flight changes. The all seemed to be well trained to smile every time they speak to us. It so lovely feeling. I love it. The breakfast is outstanding. "

"This is a great hotel. The location couldn’t be better-it’s literally 1 minute away from the metro station and the train station. Although it is on a crowded block, the window isolation is super - we didn’t hear any street noise. Shower stream and WiFi signal are both very strong. Quite a few good restaurants are in the same neighborhood of the hotel. Staffs are nice and friendly. "

"We booked this hotel as a stopover on our way to Sorrento. We arrived late and were only staying for one night. The staff were polite and helpful, food was served late and the hotel was clean. I’ve read complaints about noise. Yes the bar area was noisy but we were only one floor up and and over the bar but our room was quiet. We were next to the road and couldn’t hear the traffic in the morning. Breakfast was good value for €10. The hotel is near the central train station and the area is what you’d expect for such an location. I’m not sure I’d have wanted to explore the area at night! For the price we paid and the convenience of an overnight base, I’d recommend. "
