This beautiful 4 **** gite, located in the Natura 2000 area in the Loire Valley, offers large volumes for 10 people. It is located in one of the old buildings of the agricultural domain of Champouteau, specialized in organic farming, next to the owner's house, all not overlooked.
The property is located 10 minutes from exit 17 of the A10 motorway, in Blois.
On the ground floor: entrance, open fitted kitchen, large living / dining room, bedroom (160 bed) with toilet area, shower room with large shower, separate WC.
On the 1st floor: large bedroom (1 160 cm bed, 1 baby bed and 1 90 seat, toilet area), bedroom (4 90 beds), library room (2 90 beds and 80 sofa bed), bathroom with tub , Separate WC.
Green areas 1500 m2, portico. private terrace and parking.

Available JACUZZI 5 places and heated POOL from mail to September.

Swimming pool and excellent for large group
We in stayed in the Hortensias gite, July 2023. 11 people in total. Bruce and Nathalie are super nice and chilled. Accommodation is well kept and clean even for those OCD. The master bed room and downstairs bedroom have their own sinks, in addition to the down stairs shower room/laundry. There is one toilet/sink downstairs and one toilet/sink upstairs. Then theres a bathtub with shower upstairs. Livingroom has AC, but we found once sun set opening up the shutters/curtains would allow a nice breeze. Bruno, also let me try charging my EV in his outbuilding which works fine with a schuko adapter. Otherwise there are Tesla superchargers in Blois which is 10mins south. It's a wonderful place to getaway, and good location to visit Blois, Orleans, Tours.

A perfect villa for wonderful family time
The villa is exceptional! Do not hesitate, book now! The photos do not do the property justice!! My family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers stayed for 1 week. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and well equipped. The pool and spa area made this a very luxurious stay and enhanced our enjoyment of the week. The private garden with large outdoor dining table was perfect for feeding everyone with gorgeous views in very calming surroundings. Lots to see and do in the neighbouring towns with plenty of amenities just a short drive away. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, they work very hard to keep the whole place well maintained. There are a few properties on this site but everyone has their own garden which was seculuded and although the pool and spa is shared, we barely saw anyone! We honestly can't recommend this ace enough and will definitely book for our next stay in France.

We selected Champouteau because it was advetised as being child friendly and had a decent sized swimming pool. Champouteau lived up to its billing. My family spent a wonderful relaxing week there made better by the friendly and relaxed welcome by Bruno and Nathalie.

Superbe séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour en famille dans ce beau gîte, spacieux et fonctionnel dans un environnement apaisant et calme. A l'extérieur, la balançoire, la piscine, le jacuzzi et le terrain de pétanque raviront petits et grands. L'emplacement est également idéal pour visiter les plus beaux châteaux de la Loire. Un grand merci également aux propriétaires qui sont d'une grande gentillesse! Merci pour notre petit chien :) Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. La piscine et le jacuzzi ont été appréciés des plus jeunes comme des plus âgés. Terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong et petit terrain de foot nous ont permis de passer de bons moments. A proximité des châteaux, l’emplacement est idéal. Les couchages sont confortables. Nous reviendrons.

Un cadre magnifique à 2 pas de Blois
Beau gîte, charmant mais également pratique et bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal, perdu au milieu des champs tout en restant à moins de 10 minutes de voiture de Blois. Grand jardin extérieur complètement isolé des 2 autres gîtes. La piscine et le jacuzzi ont été appréciés par petits et grands, sans oublier le terrain de pétanque à l’heure de l’apéritif! Les propriétaires sont discrets et extrêmement sympathiques. Recommendé sans réserve à toute famille ou groupe d’amis cherchant un gîte dans la région de Blois!

Très bon séjour
Logement conforme à la description, séjour en famille à la fois très reposant et enrichissant au niveau culturel (châteaux, ville de Blois) Merci aux propriétaires d'accepter les animaux, c'est devenu rare et donc très apprécié. L'accès au jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Nous espérons revenir aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine

C'est une propriété aux milieu des champs, très calme avec un jardin très bien arboré, une piscine et un jaccuzi appréciable s'il fait un peu frais. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût, très spacieux et très bien équipé, bref on aimerait avoir une maison comme celle là. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très sympathiques.

Magnifique Gîte
3 couples d'amis, avec leurs enfants!! Soit 12 personnes! Un super Gîte, hyper bien équipé, il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, plein de vaisselle, 2 réfrigérateurs, un congélateur... mais aussi lave linge, et sèche linge (important quand il y plein d'enfants) . Il est assez grand pour accueillir tout le monde. Le mini dortoir a fait la joie des enfants!! Mais il y a aussi la piscine, un jaccuzzi pour se réchauffer, des jeux d'extérieur toboggan, balançoire que mon fils de 2 ans a adoré, pour les plus grands il y a la table de ping pong, avec les raquettes et les balles... La terrasse à l'abri du vent pour manger tous ensemble. Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse!! Même en habitant la maison d'à côté, ils sont très discrets. Bref que du plus!! A seulement 10min en voiture de Blois. Une adresse qu'on conserve, pour de prochaines vacances au vert!!
