"The hotel is in an excellent location for Ravello with stunning views from most rooms and especially the breakfast room. The staff went out of the way to help us and we're exceptionally friendly. The hotel courtesy driver to and from Ravello was a really good facility, especially as it's a bit of a steep hill up into Ravello, but the shuttle service is convenient and accessible on request. All drivers were very friendly as were reception / breakfast staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. We have had a lovely stay, thank you."

"Hotel Montestella is a solid choice for anyone visiting Salerno. The location is definitely the highlight — it's right on the main pedestrian street, very close to the train station and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. It made getting around super convenient. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with comfortable rooms. Everything was well-kept and functional. While the room wasn't overly luxurious, it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. They were available to help when needed, although we didn’t have much interaction beyond that. Overall, a good stay — not overly fancy, but comfortable and well-located. I’d recommend it for travelers looking for a practical and reliable place to stay in Salerno. "
