"The host was nice and helpful. An old house with old modest furniture. Our room was small and simple and the beds were small and modest too. Very clean! It's definitely a place we could recommend, but not at the $75/night price we paid. The host very conveniently arranged for us to be picked up safely at the airport late at night for $25 extra, which we found reasonable. Based on the other places where we stayed in Buenos Aires, it's more a US$45/night."

"This is a very basic property in a working class neighborhood. It was very quiet and clean and the basic required amenities were all present. It is not like a standard hotel but worked fine for us, especially given the price point. Staff were always helpful."

"We arrive early for check in , but they kept our luggage in storage and we were able to go to nearby SanTelmo market . The area is walkable if you like to discover small cafe , even groceries and bakery. In and out of the hotel was easy using index finger print . Our room was a spacious studio .
