"The hotel interior was lovely with an old world feel but with modern amenities. I was only there for one night but would stay there again if passing through Naples. Any negatives about the property are the negatives of Naples itself (the square in front on the hotel was strewn with cigarette butts, garbage and graffiti) and beyond the hotel's control. Barbara at the front desk was lovely and recommended an excellent breakfast spot for that morning as well as assisting us with taxis and airport transfers. We left too early the next morning to try out their breakfast. The accessibility of the hotel is, unfortunately, poor. There are seven steps up to the front desk and the elevator, though the elevator is large enough to fit a standard wheelchair. Other thing to be aware of: the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so taxis or other transportation may not be able to drop off/pick up from the hotel directly depending on their permits or the time of day. Again, not a big deal to walk a block or two, unless you have mobility issues."

"If you are coming to Pompeii to see the Ruins and/or Church could not choose a better spot. Amazing service and staff and all day dining. The breakfast is wonderful!"

"The hotel itself is amazing and HUGE! Very nice. The only thing I didn't like is it is remote, and you need to have a car to get around. Not within walking distance to anything. I'll definitely stay there again though, but will have to rent a car. "

"This is a wonderful property in a great location. I don't think anything was more than a 25 minute walk, most things closer. Giangi, the owner, is extremely helpful, efficient and speaks English well. The Junior Suite is very comfortable and well appointed. The little table and chairs, end tables, couch and comfy chairs, as well as the balconies on two sides are nice. Naples can be loud but with the windows fully closed the sound is mostly muted. The show over very large tub is also a nice touch. Also the common areas are nice. Plugs, table and fast Internet if you need to work, research or watch movies on your devices. Nice espresso machine, tea service and fridge for guests to use. One thing to note, this is on the second floor (3rd floor to Americans, the bottom floor in Europe starts at 0). The floors are very tall and there's no elevator. If you have difficulties with steps you might want to consider staying elsewhere. Otherwise this property is an incredible value."

"Very clean and quiet property. Beds were incredibly comfortable.The restaurant and bar was expensive, but well worth it because the meal that I had was absolutely delicious. The free breakfast buffet had a large variety of food and was top quality. Also, if you are renting a car in Naples you will very quickly realize that parking spots are at a premium and very difficult to find so underground parking offered by this establishment is convenient. However it does cost 20 euros per day. Overall I enjoyed my 4 night stay here and would highly recommend it."
