"The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with incredible views over Paphos and the sea. There was always a nice breeze because of its site above Paphos which was great in the heat. Lovely pool area and the villa has everything you need for your stay. Loved walking to Hunters Tavern for a warm welcome and a drink. I’d recommend a car to get about but you can get a taxi easily or a bus if you walk five minutes. We had a great stay and would recommend it."

"The villa has wonderful views and absolutely everything anyone could possibly want from a holiday getaway. John was very thorough with his tour around the villa and very welcoming. The bedrooms all with ensuite were comfortable, and the two which opened onto the upstairs terrace offered the perfect gentle breeze through the night when the door was left open. "We have stopped in these villas before and like on my last review we knew that the villas are only basic which is reflected in the price . You couldnt ask for a nice owner and thats why i dont really want to write this review but i am on hoping channges will be made to encourage people to go back year after year . This time we found there to be no cleaner for the villa and the villa needs a good clean and update the furniture and fittings are tired and old and there is also a smell when you walk...

"This villa was everything we needed. It was only about 30mins drive from airport, 30 mins to Adonis waterfalls, 40 mins to Limassol and 1.5hrs to North Cyprus. The villa it's self was so quite and peaceful. It offered all the amenities we needed and the pool was perfect. Plenty places to sit and relax, including the roof top terrace which had amazing views. We may visit again in the near future as we just couldn't fault the villa or the host."
