All of the hotel staff we met were helpful, friendly and professional and they made our stay a very pleasant one. There is a good choice of food on the breakfast buffet. Our room was on the first floor and for anyone with access issues it is worth noting that the lift stops at a landing between floors, rather than at the floor itself. "

Free BF with loads to choose however the fresh pastries caught my attention. High customer service from reception to kitchen staffs - Victoria, Pele, Ester and another lady from kitchen. High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill...
