"Room was very good. Spacious and with good facilities. Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. We arrived at 8 and did not get a hot drink until 8.20! No croissant or fresh pastry just a bun in a packet to accompany the bread and ham/cheese.. A little disappointing. "This lovely little hotel/b&b in the heart of the Pyrenees was a perfect base for our 5 days cycling. Right in the heart of the village of Les, you’re close to the local shops, bars and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. The only issue was that the more famous French mountain passes are a distance away (eg 30 mins to start of Superbagneres, 90 to Tourmalet) Es Neres is tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. "The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."
