"Beautiful house on the top of the hill with view of Arcevia and rural landscape. Wide pool and garden. Relaxing and quiet. Perfect for family and friends. You can reach almost every place of Marche (Ancona and Conero beaches, Senigallia, Frasassi Caves, Fabriano, San Severino, Macerata, Urbino) within an hour."

"The owner and his wife are friendly people but this property is misrepresented. Photos were clearly taken a long time ago and the property lacks TLC. We arrived late evening, we were meant to stay one week however we left the next morning. Firstly there's a long rather treacherous dirt road to access the property which you would probably not be able to do in some cars or in bad conditions. "Had a fabulous time at this great property with fantastic views across to the mountains. Roberta was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was a delight to cool down in as we had very hot weather. We feel you would definitely need a car as the walk down to the village was very steep (even for us who like to do a lot of walking).That said there were lots of interesting and beautiful places to visit in the local area that we thoroughly enjoyed. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin ist super nett und hat viele gute Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist angenehm kühl. Wir kommen sicher wieder."

"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. Very pretty hillside towns within a short distance from the Villa. A perfect place for a relaxing, tranquil holiday."

"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...

Wonderful villa in the Marche countryside

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving distance. Simon has been very responsive throughout and a few minor issues have been resolved in a very timely manner. Overall highly recommended!"

Great stay

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs. It's a small thing though and overall we did have a wonderful time 😊"

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."
