"A full kitchen, 1 bedroom, private bathroom, outdoor space to relax in and safely lock bicycles, friendly chickens and dog. I loved sitting outside listening to the chickens as they wandered about. Blanchon, the owner, was super helpful. I would stay again if in the area. D"

"The villa is beautiful and has clearly been very lovingly restored by Marion and Jean-Phillippe. The beds were incredibly comfortable and both kitchens were well-stocked. They’ve given a lot of thought about everything you could possibly need and even gave us a bottle of rose on arrival. This was the first summer renting it out so there were a very few unfinished areas but I’m sure that will be this winter’s project! "We had a fantastic stay and many of the party enjoyed the air conditioned bedrooms!! Very well equipped kitchen - with everything we needed to cook at home and a great recommendation for a local restaurant (chez Fernandez)we we certainly didn’t go hungry . "We booked the mansion in Fiac for a two week family summer holiday with a guests age range of 2 to 67. It is a beautifully secluded house and incredibly private. Lavaur is only 10 minutes drive away with a local Saturday market, local shops and 2 large supermarkets (Super U is better than Intermarche). "This suited us perfectly. It is a large property with plenty of room for six adults. The main attraction for us was the pool as the weather was very good all week so we spent a lot of time by the pool. The house was very well equipped with a sizeable outdoor table for eating at and a barbecue which we used frequently. "We had an excellent stay at the property with three families (6 adults, 5 children) with room to spare. We were in town for the Rugby World Cup and the property provided an excellent base from which to explore Toulouse (20-25m by car, also easily accessible via Uber or taxi). "This house is perfect in every way! It has enough space for everyone, a wonderful pool with a solar shower, perfect alfresco dining....even a resident cat! The owners met us in the local town and directed us to their home, they were very helpful and we didn't see them again! The house is typically French and very rustic! It has a large enchanting garden with lots of secret places to sit, eat or while away the hours in the hammock. There's even herbs in the garden at your disposable and fruit...
