Private access to the Barton creek greenbelt, and trail. Hike or bike to Zilker Park, Town lake, Barton Springs pool, and the downtown area. The back yard is well landscaped, and lit at night.

Best VRBO experience ever!
This duplex is spacious, clean, pets are welcome. They have the most comfortable beds, both kinds of coffee makers, dishes, knives, silverware, a huge bathroom! Very kind owners who put that special touch! Not to mention the gorgeous backyard that leads to the trails! A mile down the trail to the Barton springs pool. I will be staying here my next trip to Austin. Truly my highest recommendation!
