The Space:
Villa 2 of the Las Luces Village is a 2 bedroom escape from the world. Experience a well-equipped space, featuring a roomy kitchen and dining area with a gas burning fireplace, microwave, full refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher. Ideal for cooking and hosting dinners while enjoying the valley view. The two bedrooms offer ultimate privacy with ensuite bathrooms. For added comfort and flexibility, we provide a twin daybed in the 3rd-floor loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, complete with all the necessary sleeping amenities. On the 2nd floor, a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces with versatile seating arrangements.
Guest Access:
Excluding 1 cabinet or closet per villa, guests have full access to their entire villa and the fire pit, hot tub and pool.

Other Things to Note:
Gas is currently not available on the property, but we have added a George Foreman's grill and convection oven for cooking.
- Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger.
- All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A period of quiet hours is enforced and spans from 10 pm to 7 am.
- The pool, hot tub, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours.
- Swimming is at your own risk, as no lifeguard is on duty.
- No glass is allowed at the pool. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
-For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- Ensure you bring your own firewood for the firepit and propane and/or charcoal for the grill.
- Please maintain cleanliness and exhibit courtesy towards fellow facility users.
- The hot tub will take about an hour to heat up. Once started, it will run for three hours and then turn off automatically for 15 minutes for safety purposes. To turn it on, please reach out to us and we will do it for you.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
